Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday, except for national holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.
After sending, you will receive a message with the details of the shipment and the reports for the follow-up. For more information, you can contact our Customer Service.
The time for standard shipping is between 1 and 3 business days. In busy periods, such as Christmas, delivery times can increase.
Delivery is carried out by courier, from Monday to Friday (except holidays), usually between 9.00 and 18.00. A signature is required for pickup, so be sure to use a shipping address where there's always someone who can secure the receipt. In case of repeated failed delivery attempts due to the absence of the recipient, the package can be returned to the sender.
Returns
As required by law, it is possible to return the purchased ones within 30 days of purchase. The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition and must not have been opened. They must be wrapped securely using the same packaging in which they were received or in appropriate packaging to ensure that the products will reach us in their original condition. Return shipping costs are charged to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages due to inadequate packaging. Return Instructions
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or it is suspected to be defective, we will be happy to provide replacements or offer a refund as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service team at the free phone 22007900 8:30 a.m.-13:00 p.m. Monday through Friday- or by email at customerservice@moltonbrown.com.cy.
If you are a registered member of our page you will be able to make the refund through our page: www.moltonbrown.com.cy An alternative product will be offered in cases where the inventory is no longer available. It may be necessary for you to provide us with photos of damaged/defective products or in more serious cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for the Quality Control Survey. Correspondence will be made directly with you.
Once the 30-day period has elapsed, we have the right to refuse the return of any unwanted items.
International Orders
Molton Brown Cyprus does not ship internationally. Orders can only be made and shipped to Cyprus.
Packaging Options
When ordering, check the box under the packaging options to include gift packaging. Your gift purchase will arrive at a brown Molton Brown signature box and will include a gift card if you have given a message.
